The CNC program combines food literacy, hands-on culinary experience, nutrition science, behavior-change coaching, and professional application.
Food Systems and Cultivation
Understand where food comes from through soil-based growing, greenhouse systems, hydroponics, and sustainable cultivation practices.
Culinary Skills and Food Safety
Develop practical cooking, preparation, sanitation, and food-safety skills that support nutritious, realistic meals.
Nutrition Foundations
Translate nutrition science into clear, practical guidance clients can apply in everyday life.
Behavior-Change Coaching
Help clients work through motivation, barriers, habits, food beliefs, and the realities that shape eating behavior.

Successful completion of the UHP Culinary Nutrition Coach program prepares graduates to begin pursuing coaching, food-education, and wellness opportunities within their professional scope. The program does not qualify graduates to diagnose medical conditions, prescribe therapeutic diets, or practice as licensed dietitians or medical nutrition professionals.
